Your return window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Return conditions

Items must be:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• Returned with the original packaging and tags attached

Return address

Returns are sent to our returns facility in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. The full return address is provided with your return instructions after you contact us.

Important

Our office address in the Netherlands is not the return address.

Returns sent to our Dutch office cannot be processed.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can register your return and provide you with the correct return instructions.

Return costs

Wrong, damaged or defective item

We cover the return shipping costs.

You may choose either:

• A full refund (including the original shipping costs), or

• A free replacement.

Change of mind, incorrect size or personal reasons

You are responsible for the actual return shipping costs to our returns facility in China.

There are:

• No restocking fees

• No handling fees

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing info@kivrathelabel.com. Once your order has been dispatched, our 30-day return process applies.

How to return an item

Step 1

Email info@kivrathelabel.com with:

• Your order number

• The reason for your return

Step 2

We will respond within 2 business days with the return instructions.

Step 3

Ship the item and send us the tracking number.

Step 4

Once the return has arrived at our returns facility and has been inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size or colour, please contact us by email. We will arrange a replacement where stock is available.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These items are clearly marked on their respective product pages.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
