You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with the original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Our support team will assist you throughout the entire process.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective or incorrectly delivered items:
No cost for the customer. This applies if the item was delivered incorrectly, was damaged during shipping, or has a defect.

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, wrong item, change of mind):
The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

How to Return an Item

Contact us:
Send an email to support@kivrathelabel.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Pack the item:
Securely pack the item in the original packaging including all accessories, tags, and documentation.

Return shipment:
Send the package according to the instructions in your return confirmation email. You may use the recommended shipping carrier or shipping method mentioned there.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected.

Refund: After approval, the refund will be processed. It may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
