Shipping cost

Orders are shipped from our international fulfilment partner. Shipping is always free. In the rare case any import charge is requested at delivery, we cover it: send us the receipt at info@kivrathelabel.com and we reimburse you in full.

The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay.

Where your order ships from

Our products are shipped from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, and delivered to your door in the UK by Royal Mail.

We believe in being upfront about this. It is how we keep our prices fair, and your order is fully tracked the whole way, from the warehouse to Royal Mail delivery.

Delivery times

Business days: Monday to Friday

• Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
• Transit to the UK: 5 to 9 business days
• Total delivery time: 6 to 12 business days

Orders placed after 10:00 PM (UK time) are processed on the next business day.

Carrier

Tracked international shipping, with final UK delivery by Royal Mail.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Delays

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at info@kivrathelabel.com. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and make sure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. The cost of reshipping is paid by the customer.
